GNU Guix System ISO upload attempts hang 'Pending...'
Anyone here using Guix successfully on a Vultr VPS? Yesterday, I made 2 attempts to upload the ISO 1.5.0 image, but just got a ‘Pending’ pinwheel.
I did check that I could download the ISO to my local machine, no problem. It’s well under the stated 10 GB limit, too, of course.
I do note this blog post by Thomas Ieong https://ieong.ovh/posts/guix-vultr/ which suggests this was at least formerly possible on Vultr.

A Pending that never finishes usually means the upload couldn't fetch the file from that URL. A couple of things worth checking: make sure the link points straight at the .iso file itself, not a compressed .iso.xz, and avoid redirector links like ftpmirror.gnu.org. Picking one specific mirror and using its direct URL tends to work better. If it still hangs, open a support ticket with the exact URL you used so someone can look at why the fetch is stuck.
