Starting a migration or a new deployment on Vultr? You can piece it together from a dozen separate guides, or start from one that already has them lined up.

Presenting Showcases in the Vultr docs. These are hand-picked collections of guides grouped around a single goal.

  • Hyperscaler Alternatives: open-source and self-deployable alternatives to popular hyperscaler managed services, with guides for deploying and running them on Vultr
  • Migrate to Vultr: moving workloads, applications, and data from other clouds, with steps for planning, transferring, and validating
  • Ubuntu Deployments: popular software stacks, databases, and tools on Ubuntu, across several LTS and interim releases
  • Open Source on Vultr: open-source applications across AI, DevOps, security, data, collaboration, and more

The Hyperscaler Alternatives collection is a really useful framing. Most people evaluating a move start with "what do I replace managed service X with?", and having those answers in one place saves a lot of digging. Would love to see a showcase for observability next: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and friends, deployed and wired together on Vultr.
