Overview
This project is an AI-powered recruitment and interview automation platform designed to simplify and accelerate the hiring process for recruiters and HR teams. The system allows recruiters to create job postings with AI-generated job descriptions, define required skills, manage candidates, and automate recruitment workflows from a single dashboard.
Candidates can upload CVs in PDF or DOCX format, where AI automatically analyzes and scores profiles based on job requirements. The platform generates personalized interview questions, classifies candidates by fit level, and provides detailed candidate insights and analysis. Based on AI scoring, the system can automatically schedule interviews, generate Google Meet links, and send invitation or rejection emails without manual intervention.
The platform also includes a smart calendar system with availability management, interview scheduling, AI-powered auto-planning, and interview tracking. Additional AI tools include a document-based question generator and an interview summarizer powered by speech transcription and large language models, delivering summaries, strengths, weaknesses, and communication analysis after interviews.
The solution centralizes recruitment operations, reduces manual HR workload, and improves hiring efficiency through intelligent automation and AI-driven decision making.

ProofRun
ProofRun helps developers answer a critical question before shipping: will this update break behavior users rely on? An AI agent inspects two Git revisions, designs targeted experiments, and proposes repairs. An independent Docker-based verifier runs those experiments against both versions, preserves the original tests, and checks whether the repair actually works. Developers receive an update, skip, or postpone recommendation with recorded evidence and a reviewable patch. In a live synthetic…
